Nem adunk vissza pénzt ! A foglalás a helyszinre érkezéskor megtörténik! Ha bejelenkezet ha nem jelentkezet be !
Abban az esetben ha távol marad akor is megtartjuk a pénzt ! A szoba vagy ágy foglalások !nem vissza téritendő ! 
Egyetlen kivételes eset van ha reggel 8 - 18 közzötti időben utolsó percben foglal és mégse jó az ágy vagy a szoba  neki vagy nekik  akor az összeg felét adjuk vissza ! Mivel a szoba foglalások azok nem tárgyilagos cselekmények !
